AMS (Application Management Services)
We provide nearshore/offshore AMS (Application Managed Services), allowing our clients to outsource tasks and activities such as ongoing support of their applications, monitoring and maintaining their IT infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Thanks to our services, their IT team can focus on their backlog of tasks instead of being constantly monitoring the environments, fixing bugs and issues and quickly releasing those hot fixes.
Regardless the size of the company, leveraging AMS will enable our clients to improve their internal efficiency as well as increase the user-satisfaction and free their internal IT team, allowing to focus on moving forward instead of constantly returning to the existing – or outgoing – technologies.
Together with the client we define the services to be managed as well as the SLAs (Service Level Agreement). Managed services can be:
Monitoring servers: problem management; network management; performance management; security management
Applications support: service desk (levels 1 and 2) or bug fixing (level 3); incident/ticket management
Application maintenance: releasing; versioning.
